Return Policy

You may change your mind or receive a damaged product.

In either case, you can request a return of your purchase within 14 days after delivery. Customers have additional 7 days to return the product for their own expense.

The items you want to return are your responsibility until they reach FacioFactory. Further damage done while returning/shipping the product to FacioFactory is your responsibility.

You can only return unused or damaged goods and please make sure to pack the goods you want to return safely and carefully.
